Parking
The Moogseum does not provide or validate parking. There is metered street parking available in downtown Asheville that accepts coins or the Passport Parking App. There are also several lots and garages around town that charge by the hour or day. The closest to the museum is the Civic Center Parking Lot.

Accessibility
If your group has specific accessibility needs, please contact us prior to your visit so that we can ensure you have the most enjoyable experience possible. Our front entrance on Broadway Street is wheelchair accessible however our door is not automatic, please call (828) 258-1262 and our staff will be happy to assist you. The Moogseum is designed to be wheelchair accessible and adheres to ADA standards.

Reserving a Date
To reserve a date for your group, please fill out the form at the top of the page that applies to your group. The form asks you to choose your preferred date and time. We require at least a 20% deposit to secure your reservation. This ensures your reservation and helps us prepare for an unforgettable experience. The deposit is nonrefundable but is transferable.
