Our facility celebrates the extraordinary legacy of synthesizer pioneer Robert Moog, whose invention of the Moog synthesizer in 1964 helped revolutionize the face of music. Advance tickets are available to guests planning a visit to the Moogseum.
We do not charge additional fees or surcharges for online tickets. Online ticket sales close one to two hours prior to the selected arrival time to avoid overcrowding. Last-minute tickets may be available at the door, but are not listed online.
All visitors, regardless of age, require a ticket. Admission is $11.75 per person, and children 7 and under are complimentary. Optional audio tours are also available.
Minimoog Through the Ages November 12 – 16
The Bob Moog Foundation is excited to announce “Minimoog Through the Ages,” a special five-day exhibit exploring the groundbreaking design, enduring musical influence, and distinctive histories of the iconic Minimoog synthesizer. On view November 12–16, 2026, at the Moogseum in downtown Asheville, the collection will span more than five decades of the instrument’s history, from early R.A. Moog and muSonics instruments to contemporary Model D editions.
Alongside the evolution of this pioneering analog synthesizer, the exhibit will explore the individual stories of instruments connected to influential musicians, composers, and innovators. Admission during the temporary exhibit is $14.95 per person. Optional audio tours are also available.
